-We turned this overgrown property to a beautifully graded property with green grass. We helped our customer acquire permits, determine a location for the building site, and install utilities. We installed the customers driveway, foundation, and pad for the customer’s house.
-This customers wanted brush cleared away with mulching, and a set of steps between their business office and their home. we designed and built everything you see here. The house pictured at the top of the steps we cleared that lot as well as Dug out the basement for the house, and did the final grading for it. We are a true grading & landscaping company! We do grass cutting too!
-This is a storm shelter a customer contracted with us to build. We designed and constructed the entire structure. The shelter has a floor drain, running water, and a conduit for electrical. The blocks of the walls are filled with concrete and has rebar from the floor that is tied through the walls, and the 8 inch poured roof slab.
-This customer had a big eyesore here, with erosion during rainstorms. We designed and built this retaining wall, it took a week to complete. Then we tied it in with an existing flower bed.
-This customer had a dam that was incorrectly constructed as a result of that the old stand pipe, and drain valve were leaking. In order to fix the dam we had to drain the lake to repair the damage, the dam was repaired with good Red Georgia Clay and re-compacted. We installed a new stand pipe with a concrete anchor block as pictured.
-This customer bought a house with an old road that had numerous soft spots in it. We graded it properly by crowning and ditching it with cut outs to get water away from the road. We also emplaced a culvert, and spread a new layer of gravel over a layer of geo-tech material, we use DOT approved underlayment.
